Beyond one-off plans and registrations, construction projects need surveying as a continuous discipline: reliable terrain data before design, geometric control during execution, and documented evidence at the end. That is engineering surveying (topografie inginerească), and it is where 25+ years of field practice matter most.
We work as the surveying arm of design offices, urbanists, contractors and developers on projects across Alba, Cluj, Mureș, Sibiu and Hunedoara counties — from single industrial halls to multi-stage developments and PV plants.
Deliverables come in the formats your team already uses — DWG/DXF, coordinate lists, PDF reports, terrain models — with drawings and correspondence in English where you need them. We quote per deliverable or as a project-long support arrangement with agreed mobilization times. On multi-contractor sites, an independent surveyor giving all parties the same geometric truth prevents the classic dispute where each contractor measures in their own favour.
What we do not do, and say so plainly: geotechnical studies, structural design, or environmental permitting. Those belong to other licensed professions; we coordinate with the specialists who hold them, our measurements feed their work, and your project gets one coherent geometric dataset instead of three competing ones.
Yes — that is the normal pattern: survey for design, stakeout at works start, control measurements during execution, as-built at the end. One surveyor holding the site's geometry from start to finish removes an entire class of coordination errors.
We collaborate with developers, designers and construction companies on exactly that basis, with deliverables specified per their project standards.
Survey-grade GNSS/RTK receivers using the national ROMPOS correction network, a total station for high-accuracy and obstructed work, optical leveling for precise height work, and a survey drone for large-area mapping.
Either per deliverable against a rate card agreed at the start, or as a retainer-style arrangement with committed mobilization times for projects that need us on call. For a multi-month build, agreeing the structure upfront is cheaper for you and lets us actually reserve the capacity — ad-hoc callouts are always the expensive way to buy surveying.
Often, yes. Completion requests from the office usually name concrete, fixable defects — wrong coordinate framing, missing pieces, outdated parcel references. We diagnose the file, tell you plainly whether it is repairable or needs redoing, and carry it through the procedure. Inheriting half-done documentation is not our favourite work, but it is work we know how to finish.
