Field work — measurements, cadastral documentation, stakeout, drone flights, as-built surveys — covers Alba county (home base: Aiud) and the four neighbouring counties: Cluj, Mureș, Sibiu and Hunedoara. That is a working radius spanning most of central Transylvania, including the Alba Iulia–Aiud–Turda corridor, the Cluj basin, the Târnave valleys and the Mureș and Sebeș valleys — an area with dense solar, industrial and agricultural activity.
Desk services — land book extracts and verification, due diligence on titles and documentation, decoding OCPI correspondence, coordinating with notaries — cover property anywhere in Romania, because they run on the national electronic registers, not on travel.

For utility-scale solar sites and multi-phase projects within the five counties, we commit to agreed mobilization terms across the project's life — the practical advantage of a surveyor 30–90 minutes from site rather than a day away. For substantial projects at the edges of this range, ask: the honest answer depends on scope, and where we are not the right choice logistically, we say so rather than delivering slow service. Travel within Alba county is included in our fees; in neighbouring counties it is calculated by distance and stated in the quote — never a surprise line item.
